Exporting a profile

Download any profile as a DOCX or PDF using your templates.

Once a profile is ready, export it as a formatted document. Sourcemint offers two formats: DOCX, an editable Word document, and PDF.

#How to export

  1. Open the profile.
  2. Choose Download.
  3. Pick a template under DOCX or PDF. The default template is marked “Default”.

The file downloads straight away.

#Templates

The layout and branding of the document come entirely from the template you choose. Sourcemint includes ready-made DOCX templates, and your organization can import its own under Templates → DOCX templates.

#File names

Downloaded files are named by your organization's file name pattern. Administrators set it in the organization's profile settings. See Conversion settings.

#Other destinations

If you have connected Google Drive, you can also save the file straight to a Drive folder. See Exporting to Google Drive.
