Upload your first CV

Upload a CV, watch it process and open the finished profile.

#Upload your file

  1. Open Profiles from the sidebar and choose Upload CVs.
  2. Drop your files into the dialog, or click it to browse your device.
  3. Confirm the upload. The files are queued and processed one after another.
  • Supported format: PDF.
  • Up to 10 files at a time.
  • Up to 100 MB per file.

#Watch it process

Open Profiles → Imports to follow each file. Every import moves through these states:

  • Queued. Waiting to start processing.
  • Processing. Sourcemint reads the document and extracts the profile. It also applies your organization's conversion settings, such as anonymization and date formatting.
  • Completed. The profile is ready. Choose View profile to open it.
  • Needs review. The import finished but needs a check before the profile is ready.
  • Failed. Something went wrong. The message explains what to do, usually to upload the file again.
