#Pricing

Sourcemint has one plan, priced per seat. A seat is used by each member of your organization.

Prices are without tax. VAT or sales tax is added from your billing address. There is no minimum purchase, so an organization can subscribe with one seat.

#Free trial

Every new organization starts with a 14-day trial. No card is needed and the whole team can use the full product with no seat limit. Owners and admins see a notice in the last 7 days of the trial. When it ends without a subscription, the organization becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.

#Seats

• Each member uses one seat. Removing a member frees their seat right away.
• Pending invitations do not use a seat until they are accepted.
• When all seats are in use, approving an access request or accepting an invitation is blocked until you add seats. The person waiting never sees billing details.

#Who manages billing

Owners and admins can see the plan card on Administration → Organization and manage billing. Users never see billing details.

#When a payment fails or a plan ends

• Payment failed. You have a 7-day grace period to update the payment method. Owners and admins see a notice, and users notice nothing.
• Cancelled. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, and you can resume it until then.
• Read-only. When a trial ends unpaid, a payment is not fixed, or a cancelled period ends, the organization becomes read-only. Members can view and download profiles, but nobody can import CVs, edit, export or invite people. All data is kept, and subscribing again restores full access.
