Pricing and billing changes
How paying for Sourcemint differs from paying for CVtoBlind.
CVtoBlind charges for the CVs you convert. Sourcemint charges for the people who use it. This changes how you forecast cost, so it is worth checking against your own volume.

Sourcemint does not charge per CV. Teams that process many CVs with a small number of recruiters usually pay less per CV, while teams with many occasional users pay more. See Plans and seats for current prices.
#Who manages billing
- The subscription belongs to the organization. Only owners and admins can open Administration → Billing, and members never see payment details.
- Payment, invoices, tax details and cancellation are handled on pages hosted by Stripe.
- Prices are without tax. VAT or sales tax is added from your billing address, and a valid EU VAT ID is treated as a business purchase.
#Adding and removing people
A seat is used by each member. Pending invitations do not use one until accepted, and removing a member frees their seat straight away. When all seats are in use, approving a request or accepting an invitation waits until an admin adds a seat. Adding seats applies immediately, while reducing them takes effect at the end of the billing period.
