Delete your account
What happens to your data when you leave.
You can delete your own account at any time from My account → Security → Delete my account. What happens next depends on your place in the organization.
#What happens
| Your situation | Result |
|---|---|
| You are a user or an admin | Your account is deleted. The organization keeps the profiles you created. |
| You are the only person in the organization | The organization is deleted with your account. Its profiles and templates are kept for 30 days and then permanently removed. |
| You own an organization that other people still belong to | Deleting is blocked. Delete the organization first, or ask another owner to take over. |
#How to delete your account
- Open My account and find Delete my account in the Security card.
- Read what the dialog says will happen to you.
- Type your email address to confirm, then choose Delete account.
If you signed in more than 24 hours ago, the dialog asks you to sign in again first.
